How to make baked blueberry granola cups
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mash the banana.
Step 2: Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.

Step 3: Grab a muffin pan and lightly grease six muffin holes with non-stick cooking spray. Add the mixture to a muffin pan and divide over 6 cups. Use your hands or a spoon to shape the granola into little cups forming a hollow middle.

Step 4: Bake the cups in the oven for 30 minutes. Give the cups at least 30 minutes to cool before removing them from the muffin pan to avoid them falling apart.

Step 5: Take out the granola cups, fill them with yogurt and add the berries on top of yogurt when you are ready to serve.
